An improved rotor assembly for a generator used in a multi-channel parallel electrical generating system. A plurality of laminated sections, each having N outwardly extending poles, are stacked to form a rotor. Field windings are wound around the N poles and damper turns are wound around adjacent pole pairs to reduce the mutual flux coupling between the rotor and the stator, thereby reducing the fundamental component of torque between the rotor and the stator.

The invention relates to electrical machines, namely, rotors of alternators operating in an electrical system.
Known rotors of alternating current generators containing newly expressed poles.
The disadvantage of this design is that when the excitation is turned off, the rotor comes to rotate in the engine mode, being connected to the electrical system.
Also known are rotors of alternating current generators containing N newly expressed poles on which are located the excitation windings and damping CDJ
This technical solution is closest to the invention by its technical essence and the achieved result.
The disadvantage of this design. is that when there is a damper winding, when the excitation winding is disconnected and the generator stator remaining turned on, a motor torque is generated, which leads to a loss of power in the rotor.
The aim of the invention is to reduce the noTejib power in the rotor.
This is achieved by the fact that in the alternator rotor with N newly expressed poles and excitation and damping windings, it is proposed to damp the windings so that they cover every two adjacent rotor poles. As embodiments of the rotor, the damping windings can be installed between the excitation windings
10 and the surface of the rotor, the windings can be made of N insulated conductors, each of which is wound around the adjacent poles, and each conductor wavelength in the form of one conductor wire; the rotor poles are made with protrusions at their ends, and the damping windings are placed between the protrusions and the excitation windings; the rotor can be made of separate plates assembled in a package containing a central frame and N extending from it

Claim
1. The rotor of the alternator, containing N distinct alternating poles on which the field windings and Damping windings are located, characterized in that, in order to reduce the power loss in the rotor, damping windings cover every two adjacent 5 poles of the rotor.

2. The rotor in π. 1, characterized in that the damping windings are installed between the field windings and the surface of the rotor.
